5. Tempi di elaborazione5. Processing time
Le richieste vengono valutate entro 5 giorni lavorativi. In caso di accoglimento, il rimborso viene elaborato da Paddle e accreditato con il metodo di pagamento originale entro i tempi tecnici del circuito. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed by Paddle and credited to the original payment method within the technical timeframes of the network.
6. Licenza dopo il rimborso6. License after refund
In caso di rimborso, la licenza associata all'acquisto sarà revocata. L'utente si impegna a disinstallare il prodotto e a non farne più uso. In the event of a refund, the license associated with the purchase will be revoked. The user agrees to uninstall the product and to cease all use of it.
